Pornography and sex-related merchandising are permitted provided it is legal in the respective city where the server is hosted. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or links to pornography elsewhere.
Violations of system or network security are prohibited, and may result in criminal and civil liability. BitVPS.COM will investigate incidents involving such violations and may involve and will cooperate with law enforcement if a criminal violation is suspected.
